C60 Canada ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC's Personal Information Protection Act.

What we collect

Order information — your name, shipping address, email, and phone number, provided when you place an order.
Payment information — processed entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card or banking details.
Contact messages — whatever you send us via the contact form or email, so we can reply.

What we do NOT collect

No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.
No sale or rental of your information to anyone, ever.

Who we share with

PayPal — to process your payment (see PayPal's own privacy policy).
Shipping carriers (Canada Post and, for some destinations, partner carriers) — your name and address, to deliver your order.

Retention

Order records are kept 7 years for accounting and warranty purposes, then deleted. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing c60canada@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
